This welcoming home boasts 5 bedrooms, including two primary suites, and 4.5 bathrooms, complete with 3 relaxing tubs. Two kings, one queen, three twin beds, and one full size. 7 beds total. You'll find ample space for both relaxation and entertainment with a large pool, one of the largest in the neighborhood, a full kitchen, a formal dining room, and a cozy living room. Upstairs, a family room provides additional gathering space for your group. Plus, we've got games to keep the fun going. Each bedroom comes with its own TV for private viewing, ensuring everyone's entertainment needs are met. With 7 comfortable beds, Serenity Villa is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to experience the magic of central Florida. Serenity Villa is just a short drive away from fantastic shopping, outlet malls, mouthwatering restaurants, Disneyworld, and Universal Studios, putting endless entertainment and dining options at your fingertips. To explore the area, you have the option of renting a car, taking a taxi, or using a ride-sharing service like Uber. Here are important guidelines-- Pool Heating: Must give 3 days advance notice if wanting to use this. The fee is $30 per day, and the pool heat will be set to 88°F. Separate spa heating is not available. Grill Usage: Feel free to use our grill! However, please note that you'll need to get propane at a local store or gas station. Security Note: For safety and security, a camera is installed at the front door entry, positioned outside to monitor the entrance. Do Not Feed or Pet the Bears: Avoid feeding or approaching bears, which are periodically spotted in the neighborhood. Bears are wild and potentially dangerous animals. Please securely enclose all trash in bins with tight-fitting lids, and never leave trash bags outside, as bears may go through them. Lock your vehicles to prevent any unwanted interactions. Additionally, refrain from placing food outside; if you need to dispose of it, ensure it's in the trash bins stored in the garage. No pets or smoking inside policy: We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the home due to allergies and other concerns. Similarly, smoking is not permitted inside. Please smoke outside if needed, and dispose of properly. Violations of these policies will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund for unused nights, and may incur extra cleaning fees at minimum $150.
